One of the greatest advantages of our DTF transfers is their flexibility. You can choose between hot peel or cold peel application, depending on your preference and workflow.
Hot Peel Method
- Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds at 290°F to remove excess moisture.
- Press the transfer for 10 seconds at 290°F using high pressure.
- Peel the film immediately, then re-press with a Teflon sheet for 10 seconds.
Cold Peel Method
- Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds at 320°F to remove moisture.
- Press for 10 seconds at 320°F with high pressure.
- Allow the design to cool completely before peeling. Re-press with a Teflon sheet for 10 seconds.
